For 3 days my wallet has been out of sync, it became 12,000 blocks behind, so I thought I'd reload blockchain hoping that It'll catch itself up and get synced. I had 8-12 connections even while out of sync.

After I reloaded the blockchain, it caught itself up and looks connected, however the balance is incorrect, way off from what I originally had. Why did it do this? What happened?

My last confirmed transaction was on 2/22
but my last transaction was on 2/28 and it is not confirmed.

It only shows I have 5,000 VRC in my wallet, when it should show much more than that.

How can reloading blockchain take away VRC ? Doesn't make sense...

I'm trying to rescan wallet hoping that'll correct the wallet.

Rescanning the wallet solved this problem...
I think I had this problem before, did the same steps, and got the same results... it's annoying...

it's because by bootstrapping the blockchain your wallet data didn't update so if there was transactions or stakes its out of date or wrong data. I can automate a rescan on blockchain reload but it takes a little while to rescan and doesn't effect everyone all the time depending on their transaction history.

Interesting. People seem to get out of sync a lot, but it always gets fixed.
